Co-Hosting
Co-hosting fees range from 10%-20% of the nightly rate based on Co-host responsibilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to helping create and oversee listing, annually review listing to increase visibility, appeal, and reservations, pricing strategies, calendar, guest communication, scheduling cleanings and maintenance, inspections, and issue resolution.
20% of nightly rate.
